On March 19, the cornhole team from
the Municipality of West Milton claimed the 2008 Choice One Engineering Municipal Cup
at the Cornhole
Challenge.
Congratulations to the West Milton "Baby" Blue
Team, which included (l-r) Corey McCarroll, Clint Magel, Dusty Lavy, and
Choice One's Allen Bertke. Rumor has it West Milton celebrated their
championship with enthusiasm.
Teams have already commented that they are
preparing for next year's tournament including mandatory two-a-day
practices and restricted diets of ear corn and husk salads. We expect a
higher level of competition in 2009!
Along with the Cornhole Challenge, Choice One hosted
the St. Patty's Day Shin'jig', which featured green beer, great food, prizes, and lots of fun.
