Allen Bertke joins the surveying department as a survey technician.  He is a 2002 graduate of Ft. Loramie High School and a 2005 graduate of Sinclair Community College with an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology and Civil Engineering Technology. He graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University in 2006. Allen currently resides in Fort Loramie. He enjoys playing sports in his free time.

Matt Hoying joins the engineering department as a project engineer. He is a 2003 graduate of Russia High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Matt has worked at Choice One on the survey crew and under an engineering co-op before becoming a full-time employee in May 2007. He currently resides in Russia. His hobbies include playing baseball, softball, and fishing.
