Preparation of a site plan for the proposed 50-acre park along West Seventh Street including eight ball diamonds, soccer fields, two playgrounds, several shelterhouses, a pond, and a sledding hill. Provided site, grading, erosion control, and utility plans to accommodate ballfields and parking lots. Funding: Local. Construction of 7540 l.f (1.4 mile) of 10' wide bike path to tie into Ross Road.
