$3.8 million reconstruction of the Courthouse Square infrastructure on S.R. 47 and S.R. 29 including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, pavement, curb, sidewalk, electrical distribution, natural gas, street lights, and traffic signalization. Provided ODOT TEA-21 Application and submittal, field survey, soil borings and profile, roadway and utility construction plans, easements, environmental categorical exclusion, traffic signalization plan, electrical distribution and lighting plan, and layout staking.
