Provided design of a Streetscape Traffic Signal Interconnection from Fourth Street easterly approximately 1250 feet to First Street along Main Street. Provided topographic survey, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, construction plans, construction bidding procedures, right-of-way plans, and record drawings. Funding: ODOT and Local

$3.8 million reconstruction of the Courthouse Square infrastructure on S.R. 47 and S.R. 29 including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, pavement, curb, sidewalk, electrical distribution, natural gas, street lights, and traffic signalization. Provided ODOT TEA-21 Application and submittal, field survey, soil borings and profile, roadway and utility construction plans, easements, environmental catergorical exclusion, traffic signalization plan, electrical distribution and lighting plan, and layout staking. Funding: CDBG, ODOT, and Local.

Reconstruction of approximately 3300 l.f. of newly aligned Washington Road and widening of approximately 1500 l.f. of St. Rt. 41, and utility extensions. Provided field survey, project preliminary engineering report, soil borings and profile, construction plans, and right-of-way plans. Funding: ODOT and Local.

Reconstruction of 5400 l.f. of Russell Road including improvements to roads; widening of I-75 overpass bridge; installation of type 5 guardrails; addition of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and turn lanes; and modification of traffic signals.
